What are some of the common questions we are asked?

We support people of ALL ages & ALL experience levels. Many of our clients are older and when answering the phone, we were asked, ‘Is that The Computer Man?’.

We operated from Bedworth, CV12 for 6 years but due to moving home, and re-registration – we are now operating from Galley Common in Nuneaton!

In short – No 🙂 We operate on a remote/home visit basis.

Having a retail business involves overheads that need to be paid for in some fashion, (mainly in hiking up prices to the customer!), and is not an avenue that we wish to go down.

Also, by offering home visits and remote support options, it gives us the flexibility to work late into the evenings and weekends when shops are closed and typically – when I.T problems frequently occur!

Yes!

Once we have both agreed the work that we suggest needs to be done and the costs involved, We start the work.

If we cannot complete the work, (due to unforseen technological issues), then simply – we have not fixed it, so we cant expect you to pay for it!

In short, Yes!

We are an independent device repair service and upgrade service and although we are based in Nuneaton, (CV10) we offer one to one services locally and remote services for those wider afield!
